State Senator to Address the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly in Legislation in April Meeting

Oklahoma State Senator Tom J. Dugger of Stillwater will speak to the chapter at the monthly educational lunch meeting on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.  Senator Dugger is a certified public accountant with over forty years’ experience in audit, tax, and corporate accounting.  He is a past board member of the Oklahoma Board of Accountancy and a past board member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, as well as past chair of the OSCPA political action committee.  In addition, he has served as an instructor for OSCPA continuing education courses and as a reviewer for the AICPA’s Peer Review Program.  He will speak on “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly Issues in Oklahoma Legislation.”  The program offers one credit hour of CPE, and the meeting will be held at Ted’s Café Escondido Banquet Room, 2836 Northwest 68th Street, Oklahoma City, across the street from the main restaurant.  Lunch is included.  Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m., and the program will be from noon to 1:00 p.m.  Cost for the event is $20 for IMA members and $30 for non-members and guests.  There is no charge for student members attending the meeting.  Please register online here or through the Meeting Information link at the left of the page by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2018.  Payment can be made here or through the Payment link at the left of the page.  Payment can also be accepted in cash or by check at the door.  For the April meeting information flyer with additional information, please click here.  For a map to Ted’s Café Escondido, please click here.
